I have been given a case-full of Peanut butter. - How can I

I have been given A SHIPMENT-FULL of jars of peanut butter.

I really have no need for all these (many) jars of this protein-rich food. Aside from donating this to a local food bank, what else can I do with these many jars of Jif(r)?
