i have a katy van zeeland purse its really dirty .inside it has pen stains and its dirty. Its vinyl and polyster and i dont know what to clean it with ??.its not real leather .
All the thing you mentioned are washable. To get the ink stains out use some aerosol hairspray. Spray it on the stains and blot them off with paper towels. The rest can be washed in a basin of soapy water and hung up to dry. Use your hairdryer to speed it up or a fan blowing on it. I there are marks on the vinyl (like scuffs on your shoes) take a little bit of Vaseline and rub it on then wipe it clean with a paper towel.
dont be cheap buy a new one!!
Treat it as if it were a pair of shoes. Shoe shine, shoe brush,etc. Thats all I could think of.

clean the outside vinyl with meths. or white vinegar
the inside maybe tricky , a warm solution of borax and water may help, some ink stains are stubborn
